Pamela Frost (Director, Principal Consultant)

Pamela Frost has over 20 years of experience in people development and has extensive experience in designing and managing people development programs as well as career and executive coaching.  She has been the Director of Because for the past 14 years. Pamela is deeply passionate about helping people work with purpose and meaning to achieve satisfaction and high performance.

Pamela has very broad experience in human resources having worked in the education, energy and telecommunications industries in senior human resource management roles. She is highly qualified with a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation as well as a Masters in Human Resources.  She also has qualifications in law, economics and workplace training / assessment.

Pamela is the developer of the innovative iREAP® diagnostic instrument and is experienced working with various diagnostic and assessment tools for engagement and capability.

 

Neil Middleton (Director)

Neil Middleton has a track record of international success with over 20 years experience in organisational development, facilitation and executive coaching. He is respected for his understanding of enterprise context, his responsiveness, integrity and willingness to hold himself and others to account to achieve agreed goals.

Prior to consulting (2009) Neil worked with BHP Billiton, being responsible for global leadership programs. Neil has also worked with Levi Strauss & Co. as a Human Resources Director and a Management Development Manager for the European, Middle Eastern and African businesses.

Neil has a Masters in Organisational Change and a degree in Occupational Psychology. Neil uses many techniques including MBTI, FIRO Elements, IE & TE emotional intelligence instruments.

Suzanne Walshe

Suzanne Walshe is a qualified coach and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in public and private sector organisations. Her experience includes executive coaching, career development, team building, mentoring and leadership programs.

As an executive coach, Suzanne's first hand experience as a manager equips her to understand the challenges that managers face in complex, high pressure environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. As a career strategist, Suzanne has assisted clients to become more empowered to manage their own careeers, develop a clear direction and goals and implement strategies to achieve greater job satisfaction in their current role, progress within their current organisation or transition into a new role.

Her qualifications include a MBA, Diploma of Teaching as well as a range of additonal certifications in MBTI, ontological coaching, NLP, advanced facilitation and professional coaching.

 

Sebastian Harvey

Sebastian is a learning and development consultant with 18 years of training, coaching and facilitation expertise. He is dedicated to helping organisations, teams and individuals achieve their potential through effective people management. Sebastian believes that the keys to being effective in the workplace are similar to having a satisfying life: self-awareness, self-acceptance, commitment to personal and organizational values and positive, productive relationships. One of the foundations of good relationships in an organisation is a drive for learning in everything people do. He is therefore committed to organisational learning principles through holistic analysis of issues, stakeholder dialogue, team learning and creative, practical problem solving.

Sebastian’s learning interventions are focused in the areas of leadership and management development, performance management, career planning, communication, time management and team building. He uses a collaborative and consensus-seeking approach to resolving complex issues, supported by outstanding experiential training, action-based education, facilitation, coaching and interviewing skills.   

He has also been accredited to deliver iReap, LSI, DiSC and Belbin Team Roles Assessment Tools. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Graduate Diploma in Business.
