We believe that a great business must meet the needs of three different stakeholder groups:
- Society and customers – serving ever changing needs for new and innovative products and services that provide utility, affordability, enjoyment and a sense of purpose
- Employees and contractors – meeting employees' needs for meaningful and interesting work, career development and progress and the opportunity to do their best work
- Business and shareholders – to manage the business prudently, using resources efficiently, cost-effectively and generating a healthy financial return for the owners/shareholders.
We believe that these needs are all important and inter-dependent. To be successful in one requires investment and focus in all three.
